Booking Conditions

Low Season:

• One or 2 nights: £43 per night for 2 people; 3rd person £5 extra
• 3 to 6 nights: £38 per night for 2 people; 3rd person £5 extra
• 1 week: £230 per week (for up to 3 people)

There is a £20 deposit that will be refunded after the departing guests carry out the final cleaning.

High season:

During the following periods the cottage is only available for full week bookings and self-catering.

• 6th to 27th October 2008
• 19th December 2008 to 5th January 2009
• 27th March to 14th April 2009
• 2nd July to 28th August 2009

1 week high season: £250 per week (for up to 3 people)

Bed and Breakfast is £27 per night and person.

The balance is payable at arrival.
